Harnessing the collective power of state leaders for gender justice

An initiative of the National Women’s Law Center (NWLC)

The State Gender Policy Collective ("Collective") is a community and resource hub for state policymakers and advocates working to advance gender justice across the country.

It brings together practical resources, expert policy insights, and a trusted, supportive community–so leaders across states can learn from each other and move work forward with clarity and confidence. The Collective focuses on policies related to child care, workers’ rights, education, reproductive rights and health, economic security, LGBTQIA+ rights, and more.
